1. You can easily get holidays once you applied for it. 2. Work pressure is less. 3. Owners of the company are very supportive. 4. Timings are not an issue at CWS. They believe in results.

Dislikes

1. Salary will never be on time. 2. On the time of interview they didn't inform you that your first 10 working days salary will be deducted and they provide it when you give resignation and receive your last salary. 3. Documentation will be done after 1 or 1.5 months. 4. They promise that they will open your company account after 3 months but did not do that. 5. If you have any requirement related to project they did not listen to it. And take a huge time to provide you so. Some time that become the reason for your delayed work. 6. If your salary is less than 20k they provide you check every month instead of transferring it into your account.

There is nothing to dislike, no pressure, good work-life balance, best salaries as per industry norms, Good appraisals, job security, a good place to learn new technologies, good teamwork, supports from seniors, superb culture

We can improve the Quality of salary by adding PF, Health insurance etc
