Food and accommodation , genuine education,no fake marks, students will get marks as per his capability, salary you will get on 13th, children's day , teachers day nicely celebrating

Number of observers will follow teachers from cc tv cameras,and some coordinator (4to5)will also sit in class for 3 to 4 hrs,we don't have Right to say not to sit n class,some controversy questions we can't deal infront of them,as same or bigger than our age sitting infront of us,if you feel any nervous at any some point it will goes to chairman sir directly and they remove the job without any second thought,they will give one month time if you joined newly,you have to prove with in one month,other wise you will be sent out, nobody don't know what happens every day,job security is poor but Dean sir (kranthi sir my fav) supportive,I was teacher over there ,it's like bigboss show you will be surrounded by chairman sir 4 coordinator 2 principal Acadamic advisor (sub expert) Dean sir(IIT) IIT incharges Your department HOD
