  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Too much process and documentation. No particular Job responsibilities for any particular role. Everyone has to do every type of work even that is not his or her job. Example- A technical Facility guy does Facility works other than technical work, A facility Executive does PO creation and distribution, etc.

Good point I earn salary for three years on time.

Dislikes

Very very unprofessional management, when I put my resignation they asked for my offer letter to submit then they will approve my resignation, it's really unprofessional attitude from management and HR team, honestly they doing all compromise in front from their client they are putting extreme pressure to satisfy their client, they can use any term to put you down, management thinks you are just slave because you got job because of them and you don't have any right to justify yourself.
