New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Salary gets credited on time.

Dislikes

6 days working with an average of 10 hours per day easily. There are also instances where Sundays are not off. The entire work culture runs on cascading down unachievable timelines to deliverables, crazy workload and shifting blame. The problems start from clients' unrealistic expectations which are poorly managed by the business leaders due to lack of any real leverage in terms of value or quality of senior resources, ultimately leading to shifting of burden and blame to middle and junior roles.

Salary & Compensation is worst, Bonus part is totally fake. Project Leader modify the policy at local level for their comfort, actually Project Leaders are governing the company & everything depends on their choice. They have every policy just to show you but you can not take benefit unless untill your Boss is not allowing.
