I joined this company 5 years ago but it hardly feels like that. My dedicated team members are the reason behind this.

The ambience here is very welcoming and colleagues are fun to work with. The work pressure is high but you get to learn a lot.

Overall work culture is amazing. Good option if you are a fresher but that may limit your growth. For a research associate it's mostly an international calling profile but unlike telemarketing this is a great profile because you get to speak with Industry leaders.

Dislikes

They focus too much on your accent. If you have hard accent you will mostly be sitting in review sessions.
