Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing to like about this place.

Dislikes

...espected. Constantly humiliate their staff. Not a good organisation to work for. Salary cuts are illogical. No casual or medical leaves are provided. For one day of leave two days of salary is deducted. Do not want hired doctors to learn anything and try to keep them busy with useless tasks. In the name of teaching they pay very less salary and zero learning as the chief doctors themselves do not know much except how to humiliate their staff.

Nothing at all. They don't treat us like humans atleast. No work life balance. They are most dishonest people i have ever seen. Its a bunch of goons especially aman goel team coordinator who is always looking to cheat you on your money. They don't let you study or learn something.

Dislikes

...lves are not humans. When I insisted then aman goel asked me to leave right now. He didn't give me salary for about 1.5 months. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
