It’s a great company to work with , very good team and leaders . Salary comes on time even a 2-3 days before the date . New things to learn in the company ! Highly automated syestem , for everything there is software designed .

Dislikes

Some times , you can be considered underrated , like your seniors might some time feels like that you can not perform certain tasks but if you convince them they will definitely listen to you .

Salary is not coming on time every month...no benifit in night sfhit , company provided to me temporary offer letter with wrong salary, wrong designation....now i am working with cure food pvt ltd but after some time i recieved orignal offer letter by third party. Bechamel food pvt ltd...and last one thing in interview they told me your travelling and food allowance given by company...than after joining they don't give any food allowance and travelling allowance... basically they doing fake promises...

Overall it was good experience to work with cure foods, but compensation was not good and work place they have choosen it was not good at all surface, space human resources people were lazy, it was seem they were lethargy people but however company was too good i believe company was taking care of their staff but there is lack in management either they was lazy or not willing to work.

My manager is worst ever I saw in my life He acts as if he is the only one shows grace on us.... But I repeat he only acts... Im not that worthy to point out manager but it's my concern being an employe under him... He always discourage me he never trust me

...growth in career but im not satisfied with the job because this is not my field.Salary is good & if there is any increase in salary after 3 months it will nice.Appraisal certificates will be given to the persons who do hardwork in the kitchen at every month.We can learn something if we are in kitchen.I learned so many things.Work environment is good & satisfaction.

If we do more than working hours also,there is no OT'S to store persons.
