Personally i feel the company should encourage outings or picnics also along with other activities

Fast decision making, open door policy, flexible working hours, working on latest technology, recently HR has started gud initiatives on Talent Management (engagement, soft skills training etc.)

Cafeteria is really small, compensation is decent

The culture is really great. The company looks after its employees really well. All the policies are prepared keeping the employees well being at front. Flexible work timings give us good opportunity for us to make a healthy work life balance. Good colleagues to work with who are equally involved and motivated with their work.

...g work role. Pay for performance is what many young employees might look for. On the other side, the company provides a fixed salary structure, no doubt that is a great point to sell on as well. but personally i feel, we should have an option.

The company is proactively handling the covid situation. No salary deduction, no offer revoked , instead the company is expanding and hiring more and more candidates during this pandemic. Work from home is given till December since May itself. Love the culture here.

Dislikes

Salary is a bit low but the other benifits are good here so they compensate for the low salary.

Employee centric organisation. Fixed Salary and cares about employees. Rewards and Recognition every quarter. Very well handled Covid situation. WFH declared till December end at early stage. No salary deduction, no offer revoked. Hiring is continuous, Work in cutting edge technologies.
