Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Training at Cubix is awful. Salary seems good only on paper, but in actual, salary deduction is more. I have worked during corona pandemic time but they are ignoring to give me my salary. Though we perform sincerely, they want us to beg for recruitment. Because of foolish documents like competency, KPI, DSI it's difficult to focus on running project. And if these documents are not submitted, your salary gets deducted.

Director sir involve in every meetings.try to solved employees problem that is good thing.

In cubix automation senior employe was not doing work. They push theire work on junior or assistant employee.also they didn't supported them because they had lacked of knowledge. No one senior employee has conceptual knowledge I feel. Cubix have one thing which I most dislike those employee do work consistently they only given work to them only.and those employee did not working properly they didn't given work him or else pressure. Travelling is very bad in these company continuously here and there travel.

Cubix is the source of knowledge & here is the good exposure for factory automation. All employees are very co-operative and work culture is very good. All rules and regulations are excellent.

Working time is to more. It should be 8:30-17:30 instead of 8:00-18:00
