Almost everything. In most of the month you will be getting salary after 22-25th. No employee policy, can fire you and hire a now one who is willing to work at less compensation

...if you are doing tremendous work. Zero appreciation. Zero for work life balance. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR SALARY ON TIME sometimes it's 1 month delayed.

Nothing!!!! Utter non-sense. The product is good, it is the only thing that is saving the company else the management is waste. No respect for employees. Always a delay in salaries. they don't even take the courtesy of informing about the delay. All that happens is ceo shamelessly saying sorry about the delay every single month. When you can't come on time to the office, please don't expect employees to do extra hard work. Every other product in delays. No work satisfaction. No appreciation. No facilities. No planning for anything.

what is the point of having even Saturday as a work day, when u already make your employees work for a minimum of 12 hours a day? We have to stand all day to work. NO chairs provided. No refreshments or anything for employees, who are involved in his work. HR has no clue of anything that's going on in the company. We mark attendance every day and it is never even evaluated properly. They keep on changing the leave policy. When you can't give salary in time, you have no right to restrict the employees

its a "parchun ki dukaan". No time management . You have to work on sundays and holidays also, if you are new joining purchase new number to switch it off because they will call you even on the funerals, target directly the directors for likservice coz they talk only to those people. to be cont...
