Pathetic management. 2 month salary delay is casual. Instead of giving increment they just hire new interns. No culture. If you are able to entertain CTO or CEO then it is good, but if you want to learn or think that your work is going to be appreciated, then this is not the right place.

No seniors developers can guide you here if you are starting your career from here. They dont care about candidate's future. They just want the candidate to work day and night according to their business. People who join hardly stay with this company for a year. Either people leave by getting frustrated or company terminates them.

I had a terrible experience working for this company. There’s no transparency or communication. They terminate employees without any proper reason, leaving them in a state of uncertainty. There is a complete lack of mentorship and a hostile work environment. To make matters worse, CEO & CTO are far from competent. Their leadership is questionable. It’s evident that they’re more interested in personal gain rather than in the well being of their employees. I strongly advise anyone considering employment with this company to think twice. It’s a place where your skills and efforts will not be valued, and you’ll likely find yourself in a stressful and unsupportive work environment.
