...ork culture with great and flexible people to work with less amount of politics. The initial salary and hike was good too considering that the company wasn't going through a wonderful time during couple of years.

Dislikes

The only issue I faced was the variable, but it is kind of understandable looking at the downtime at the company. Another small issue is with the management. While they are quite flexible and appreciative in general, you need to bring multiple things into their notice to let your work highlighted in a better way.

CubeLogic has given me opportunity to not only work efficiently but also gives me the confidence to excel in other areas. I was initially hired as a QA Analyst but I was able to learn how the product was being development in a very short period of time, ofcourse with the help of my colleagues. They are always available to clarify any doubts/issues that you have and help you to keep moving forward in your career. The ambience here is really good and it is really a good place to work.

The company location is far from where I stay.

An important thing in a company is Attitude towards the employees. I am very happy to have friendly colleagues and great leadership management. I receive very good support and help in order to improve my skills and to be competent.

Dislikes

Lack of team building activities - as more of these activities will ensure and help colleagues to interact with each other, which in turn will reinforce the bonding within the team.
