its culture, middle management,hr,department leads are cunning, cheap mentality. If they found any candidate potentially capable..and threat to their position whole gang gets after him..and sooner or later make you walk out the company.

Training and Skill development programs are abundant. Power is centrally orchestrated. Company is MNC and that's the only advantage.

Dislikes

Too much corrupted managers. Zero ethics and job security. No value to hard working employees. Racism and politics has destroyed the work culture and projects across India. The management of Taiwanese is extremely short tempered and ill-mannered. Overall, very oor experience of working here.

After sometime it's sucks everything out of your life . 10 hrs in office is too much . And if think of a rise that is kind of reserved for managers and above people only. Moreover it's been two months and they have not cleared my dues.

Ctci is an tawain compay its has done so many projects in saudi and have also work with them and i have learn more things with ctci comapay iam thanks to ctci that he given a chance to learn more things i have complated 2 projects with ctci and in feature i want to more with this companay
