The teammates are very supportive. Environment is pleasant for working. Salary is also satisfactory as per the job. Started career as faculty of management and when the college closed the BBA course my job was shifted from faculty to front office executive.

Dislikes

Being an MBA in human resources management my salary expectation are not satisfactory. There is less or no scope of appraisal.

...ty of students overall. Increment is there based on your performance every year. But salary is delayed beyond 15th sometimes and You have to sign a bond and deposit your original certificates while joining.

Management keeps tracking opportunities to deduct salary. Relatively heavy work load.

The campus, infrastructure, quality of students overall, transport facility, FDPs, and reputation.

Dislikes

Salary gets delayed, during joining one month salary and original certificates need to be deposited till you leave, reckless/mandatory deduction from salary for functions, people who flatter they rise higher here.

The college has always encourage their staff to do well and always support students and helped students in the area in which they are interested. Also the CT global because of which students not need to find perfect guidance it's already provided by institute and they can do ielts correspondingly.

Dislikes

According to me in winters the timing should be 4:00 pm. As we are from very far area from CTGI and in winters it's very tough for us to reach home in those freezy days

I'm glad to share my positive experience at our college .the service provided are exceptional ,from the well maintained campus, facilities to the helpful and responsive administrative staff he support services, including the library, counseling, and IT support, are always available and go above and beyond to assist students.

NOTHING TO BE DISLIKE ABOUT WORKING AT CT GROUP OF INSTITUTION
