No career growth. There will come a stage where you will feel that your growth has stopped. Even the company does not pay attention to bring new skills to people.

Great environment for employee, Salary credited on time or before time, No pressure, do your task smoothly, good supports by team and manager.

I was working with implementation team so carrier growth was not good.

... that working is fun. Subjects you to learn multiple roles and responsibilities. Best in industry on the part of hikes, compensation and perks. No work life balance. No management politics. You work you get recognized and you get paid more. It's a rat race inside the company comparing with your peer team members. Good job security.

Dislikes

No career development programs like trainings or certifications. As part of Skills and technologies you come out with the same with which you entered into the company if you are an experienced. No comp offs on weekends or extra hrs.

I enjoyed the initial time i worked with them. (fungama activities)

Dislikes

the older employees make it difficult for the new commers to out-grow themselves and do something outside the box. i had to abruptly leave (just 2 days before christmas) - i was forced to leave making me write my resignation saying that i'm leaving on my own accord. This happened when i spoke up against crime (bribe)

There is job security , work culture is good they have open door policies , it's employee oriented company They value , respect and support their employees

Dislikes

Nothing that I dislike about company. But my suggestion to have cafeteria with vendors catering snacks if infrastructure allows
