Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Dislikes

Company rules and bad management.Seniors all time dominating juniors and don't give the space to express their thoughts and knowledge.Also there is politics to make "PNPC" of one's personal issue.Overall it is not a suitable place to make future career also increase growth of career.This is my honest review after working at this organisation.Whatever I feel I tell in this review....
