Dislikes

Great exposure to toxic culture of academia in India. They exploit project associates and PhD scholars. Scientists miss use their power and interfere in personal life. No work life balance. Long hours of working. Mostly no holidays.

It's work culture scientists helps their student alot in research matter. Csir ihbt have every research facility. If u want to do hard work csir ihbt is the best place where u find every facility. IHBT made me strong. I never think about research papers and many other things..but i found everything here. So it was like a golden opportunity.
