Good learning for fresh or beginners

Dislikes

Not good for experienced people. No clarity or visibility of performance,no clear standards for promotion,salary is average in comparison with peer. Spend money to retain even bad employees which affect the morale of genuine hard working employees. Employees use Outside offers to get a spike in their CTC than based on merit.

Politics, lazy local management, too much ego, no or very less hike, peanut bonus (not even one month's salary). They hire professional showing fancy JD and make them do documentation work

Good management with understanding employees and there work life balance. Lot of learning

Dislikes

Only thing i know from offline sources that there is no salary bracket.. One manager is paid 14 lacs nd other cud be paid 20 lacs as well.

Likes

- Friendly people and always supportive team to go about day to day tasks - One can learn a lot from trainings conducted in house - Good WFH policy - Employee friendly culture

Dislikes

- Day can stretch a bit long frequently - Pay is not standardized - Promotion seems bit out of way, people get promoted easily without actual work but few working honestly do not get properly rewarded

New setup in India (2019), although company is 70 yrs old. You can learn a lot of things, good for associates and sr. Associates level

Dislikes

Company policy on promotions are old school norms. Managements will hire new person with higher compensation but will not promote existing employees. Promotions are biased.... they will promote to retain employees and not on merits. Then deserving candidates will obviously switch the company and thats why this company has worst retention ration among all.
