Customers support is important thing especially in service industry. So keep good relationship with customers then working atmosphere always be happy.

One of the main dislike is Interest waiver. CSB offer customers to interest waiver on gold loan, but sometimes not getting.

Being an IBA employee I was sidelined by the senior management and harassed by ZM always including body shaming. Senior Management focusing on their growth only others growth does not matter to them and no parity in their actions. Worst work place
