Nothing just looking for a switch.

Dislikes

Since it is Kimbal technologies now i am very much disappointed with companies culture. If you want to see the limits of Unprofessionalism please join Kimabal Technologies (Formerly crystal power). > They give free food but you will not get time to have that > They will give free snacks but you will be sent out on ground for some work within city > If you have any problem you cannot walk up to HR because they themselves are part of lala company.

Unprofessional start up with least work and hiring ethics.

Dislikes

Beware of unprofessional HR practices and frustrating hiring process. They will give you offer and next moment start looking for candidate who can join them in less amount. Naturally you will be happy and put up your resign but in that time span they will find another less paid candidate and deny to your position saying hiring is freezed or they will lay you off saying performance issue in your probation.

Nothing to like, most of the 4-5 star comments are fake.

Dislikes

Very sluggish hiring process with that if you cleared all the you won't get offer because they still looking for other less paid candidate. Moreover there is no technical employee to take interview for that purpose they outsourcing technically sound interviewer so basically they're living in silos. It's a complete waste of time.
