People who have been working there for around a year even with good product knowledge could have a possibility for layoff. And there's some teams that demand excessive overtime and has unrealistic deadlines that could negatively impact work-life balance.

Its been almost 5 years. Employee centric company. They care about their employees. They respect their employees so much. Very good place to learn new technologies and latest standards in the market.
