I found Crystals' Technology Department as the most cheapest & dishonest work place and Crystal has been able to keep this impression even after my resigning and full & final settlement day. When an organization's Technology department is run by a Cheapester & Fraudster Jholachaap engineer who has been recruited on this post by no background check or verification what else you can expect from a company.

... the Average increment in crystal is 2 to 3 % on basic per annum ... max is 5 %. Also when you resign Crystal will hold your salary for 3 months or notice period since day of resigning. and You will get your your experience certificate and Full & Final payment after 2 months of your last working days. Hence , Think 10 times before joining this company ... Thus always better not to join.. as it is not the only company in the world.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
