Worst or fraud company ,Salary Never on Time ,HR Team & RAVI(HR HEAD) Terrible over Salary release and behaviour are rude and Nandini(HR/Finance )never listen your Salary or any issue . They company simply cheat new employees and after having worked 1 &2 months they don't provide or release salary. I Advise all professional never ever join cryptograph as it' totally fraud or fake company. I worked there as Senior HR Recruiter and faced terrible or worst culture or lastly they have not paid my Salary till date. Lastly I request never joined cryptograph otherwise life will be he'll or mentally tortured.

To be very honest, it is the company that I always admire. Got desired salary and post, along with several benefits. I had a good working experience with this company. The colleagues are friendly and masters of their technologies. Seniors are great and always ready to help you with different issues. During covid, work from home secured our job and made it possible to earn a handsome amount while many employees were faced with layoffs in different companies.

In some projects, clients become too demanding that increases the workload. well, the higher management always tries to control and reduce unnecessary demands.

...higher management helps to develop a broad skill set to move across functions. Salary is always credited on time and I received all the available bonuses and proper hikes every time. No complaints at all. Thank you Cryptograph technologies for the good experience.

Cryptograph technologies is a complete package of nice management, good salary, amazing work culture, friendly staff, and helpful managers. I am glad to be a part of it. The company offers plenty of growth opportunities for each employee, thus it omits the issue of monotonous work. various benefits to employee.
