This company got bankrupt once and then revamped in the market. There is some serious discrepancies regarding the product and its utility. The work culture here is the worst. The senior management always try to put all the blame of their failures on subordinates' shoulders. No support or proper product training is provided.

Almost everything except timely salary. Even there the HR dept. waits to cut your salary at every instance.

they don't give salary in time and never released salary for last month of your notice period.

not a good culture.! No power given to the management and only owner of the franchise has decision making and rest all are clueless about any process. And as usual owner wont meet you or give a clear picture of the situation.

...tend ,but then it comes to your growth and benefits management will not help.. they hold employees full and final for years or even will not pay you.. so its better dont serve notice period in this company , just resign and leave.

Only your immediate manager will talk to you. No senior mgt employees will ever call you.

Never get your monthly expense and salary on time. Seniors always talk about business. Appreciation, incentives and increment they harly think about these words.

...vide said incentive. They delay salaries till 7th of next month, sometimes more. If you are resigning, they don't pay notice period salaries, they withhold it and pay it after 3 months, even relieving letter they withhold and send after 3 months of last working day. This creates many problems when you want to leave this toxic workplace. Some females choose to abscond to escape this place. Worst place for female employees. Totally unethical organization that should be closed down. Managers are the worst, bunch of local politics and mingling decides your promotions. Managers are like call boys asking for target updates everyday, similar to BYJUs. They don't know a thing about leadership. Managers can deny leave requests without any reasons. Don't join this unethical company, better to stay unemployed. Work life balance is nonexistent, they can call you up in the middle of the night asking you to do more stuff. No skill development. No salary increment. No job security. People have gotten fired in 2 months after joining, without any prior notice, due to clash with Manager's ego. Typical call boy mentality from managers. Negative company culture effect on mental health. Shifts have strict start timings, no end timings. You will have to come back home and work even after office hours. Most toxic workplace I've seen in my life.
