No salary on time , always salary credited at the end of a next month. No proper management. Hiring engineers for the labourer work. There seniors are illiterate , can't able to run the company properly. No safety. No any single employee would like to work there more than 3 months.

no vehicle proivded to reach to company no fixed date for salary varies every momth i worked in ehs dept (1 person to handle all 6 unit compliance alongwith project sites as well) Also safety officer is forced to work as an etp operator Top management does not understand the difference between etp operator and environment compliance the worst experience of my life the greatest mistake i commited to join CEPL industries

Salary delay, so bad management mentality, all management policy is for company side and soo poover financial management, arrears pay to after one year, increment is based on relation with top management not based on performance, and increment is done on September, so bad experience..

They deduct every month as per our salary for Diwali bonus or annual bonus.But at the end of the year or we are placing accidentally resignation with valid reason, they are not giving any kind of our deducted amount, last month salary and gratuity. At the end of final settlement you got zero in your hand.
