I work out of necessity rather than desire, as many companies lack the proper facilities and responsibility structures. A company cannot function well simply by placing responsibility on one person alone. It requires efficient management, adequate resources, and a commitment to shared responsibility across teams to truly be successful."

Dislikes

I don’t find much to like about this company. The only benefit seems to be a basic salary, with no medical benefits or leave options. The company has strict rules, requiring nine hours on-site every day, and any early departures require formal leave applications. I also dislike how they disturb employees with calls even during emergencies or unexpected situations. This rigid system and lack of employee support make it difficult to feel positively about the company.

Active Manager/owner and expects equal energy from Team But doesn't understand entire team is yet to accept changes and blames one new person hired for being slow who is stuck and gets slow because of other members. Neither he clears industry specific doubts and for specific projects but wants the work done No flexibility according to the Job role

All bad. s[ecially Management, will treat you like a Bonded labor, All old Employees also behave like Bonded labor. No increment, No SOP all shit.
