Good hotel to work however quite challenging for Sales & Marketing professional as the hotel is on the outskirts and that too in an industrial area, it is really a challenging job for Sales Team and revenue professional to drive business to the property. Chances for growth are good as this is an IHG hotel. Owners are very decent, don't interfere much. Overall good property to work. And yes best part they do offer 8 offs in a week

If one is from hospitality background and want to have a great place to work -Crowne plaza mayur vihar is the best place. Staffs are super friendly and highly professional. All of the staffs are very grounded and helpful in manner.

If Someone Ask Me What I dislike about crown plaza Mayur Vihar I have N number of things . Work Timings By Hr- 9 hrs But work time by our department - 14 hrs are so less. Seniors overe there have monopoly and if someone doesnt agree to their things then they will make the hell out of the things . So toxic environment. Even if you complaint about any senior in Hr Or to Your manager they will just ignore it like you dont exist. Even the Hr are like we have set the rules and we cant interfere in Your departmental issues . You cry,crib or even die they dont care . Dm's in the front office are soo soo arrogant that they want You to just follow them and every one wants their things to be followed you know and if you dont then see what happens to you . No proper sops are being maintained everyone have their own sops and they are so stick to their notions that every senior will tell you different way of workings making a fuss everytime . they just leave the work on you and will leave

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcàde for chilling. Company' police's are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus ever year.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decant butcrear growth isslow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing on the job training is not given to new joiners.
