I started my career from crowne plaza pune city centre I enjoy work culture. Company policy are good, management also good for employees

Late increment, duty hours, salary, and I leave company before 15 month but still not got FNF.!

Work culture was fine . Working time was fine.

They fire me in covid19 time , I'm not able to pay my loan back and this company is not secure for my future , they can pay us 30% of salary and if they can't pay 30-20-10% of salary so there is no problem we are not my family i understood I'm just a products so company will give me job until I'm profitable for them. I know nothing going to change.

...ike in salaries.Instead half salaries was deducted when business was doing well.Senior management expects alot in petty salary provided.Just a thank you note is given even if someone drives exceptional results and work.In the pandemic is even worse everyone is saving their position and competing among themselves for no reason. Just don't put too much pressure on your employees,they are already going through alot due to pandemic. Atleast do something for your employees.Employees are going out of their way to make guest experience wonderful.Famous saying is"if you take care of your employees(assets),they will take care of your guest."

...h support. Moreover, job company asked for resignation without any compensation. I have requested them to can continue without salary but didn't consider.

They have asked me to either resign or they will terminate me. No salary since April, 2020.

...How the staff will servive they R least bothered. They should have offered 50% Salary to staff for their survival.
