Nothing to like about this company. Management needs to be changed as nothing is properly streamlimed. No proper guidance frm the HR head who is is given uoat importance. She has right to hire and fire people left right and center. Actually she needs to be replaced with someone who can do justice to that designation. Taking leave is a big issue. You need to apply 2months in advance for a paid leave. No proper work ethics, no proper co ordination. Pathetic place to work

HR Head need to be replaced!!! Her rude behaviour, bitching about people behind their back be it the CEO , Vets, working staff etc.

The HR Head Jalpa is a big concern due to her overly controlling style. Frequent rule changes, often based on personal preferences, have left employees confused and unappreciated. Many fear retaliation for feedback, creating a lack of trust. Her rude behavior and harassment forced me to resign. Such leadership hinders Crown Vet's growth and employee morale.

A very bad experience working for this company. The main and only reason not to work here is the HR, she is bad witj english communication, has he own set of rules and everyone has to follow it, humiliates all the employees irrespevtive of the reason and designation , be it the house keeping to the proceas head and the owner and ceo of the company. If atvall a feedbaxk had to be taken on here from all the current employees working in the heaf oddice at town, you wont be surprised finding 90% people giving negative feedback about her. The ceo needs to look into this before more and more employees resign. A

The company has huge potential. It only needs to streamline things. The doctors are super friendly and staff is great.

Dislikes

The HR team is a joke. What ever they are doing is no where close to what a HR should actually do.
