1). Alot of perks align with me, especially fully remote work culture 2). Projects are great, mainly the data team is super strong with lots of exposure within the financial sector in the domain of consulting. 3). Overall work life balance is great given the fact that things are organized and people here understand well. 4). The company's emphasis on its principles is really great, care and trust are something they really stand out.

Dislikes

1). Being Super honest, no company is perfect, with this being said the opportunity to have a better pay structure would really mean a lot in terms of the productivity. Pay isn't bad but can have an improvement to make it really competitive in today's market. 2). The chance to fine tune our career goals are not that polished. Things are being set in place yet need time to mature and refine for better transparency.

Salary - They used ti give it initially, but not anymore.

Dislikes

1. Biased nature of US Counterparts 2. No job Security 3. Behaviour towards Indian employees is like a slave 4. Micromanagement 5. If the manager gets offended because you put forward your point, you can be asked to leave the firm straightaway and you will not get any support from India’s MD. 6. You will be asked to work on weekdays because of client work. If you don’t work for any reason, you will get an e-mail. 7. Senior Manager and Partner are unawares of Resource Utilisation concept. 8. They need people from India who will only say - Yes/OK, just like puppets. No arguments, no suggestions.

1. In Salesforce domain they just started so not having much projects for learning. But the projects that they have are good.

I have been working with crowe from past 4 years and it’s been a rewarding experience. They have an inclusive work culture. They also focus on giving back to their employees.

Since I have been working remotely this whole time I do not have anything that I disliked.

It's a great place to work , as I started my career with crowe so I had the a lot t of doubts , but after joining crowe those doubts and hesitation was gone. Here they treat everyone as equals.
