Good workplace practices and a friendly working environment. You will also get ample opportunities to grow professionally and enhance your skills since new ideas & suggestions are always welcomed by the management. HR policies are good along with timely salaries. Team members and management are always ready to help. Very high-end & skilled work and that gives us good exposure to work with large-scale offshore & onshore clients.

Lots of projects, lot of diversity, lot of avenues. I see it more as a positive than negative. We have to deal with people - good and bad all the time. You are sure to get different experiences.
