Everything - from culture, work-life balance and security, none of them are evident in this company. Many of us had mental struggles when our job security and skills were impacted with the negative work culture.

I do receive appreciation from client but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals. Managers do not value an individual strength. There is no motivational development programme & growth for employees. work pressure is very high. There is no leave policy. They asked you to stay back with no reason.

The pattern of working was terrible and dull. No sense of appreciation of work or efforts! Put lot of pressure on you to complete numerous tasks in a day. Made us do cold calling to the media which was senseless.
