Cross-Tab which is now known as Course5 Intelligence is a good place to work at. Its culture and employees are the strong pilars that make you feel never ever leave this company.

Dislikes

Firstly, as it is a client based company, the job security is a main factor, which always be there in every employee's mind. Secondly, work-life balance factor also get affected because of unpredicated clients' requests. Out of 11 public holidays, employee gets mandatory leave on 1st of January, 4 to 5 indian public holidays and rest of 6 to 5 client's country based holidays.

Management is worst. They have hired people who dont know anything still getting salaries.HR department is terrible dont value any employees.Please dont join this firm.They willl spoil your carrer.They only utilize people for their contract work .Dont even think of joining this company.Fake people.Fake management.

No Training..lots of politics...Managment only favours those people whom they have called by their reference.These people dont know the meaning of Business development or sales still these people are kept for free feeding like a home pet.

Seniors are rude to talk with jr's.. Some senior's behave good just to show their senior's...but after leaving their senior they are biased
