They treat human resources like garbage. Most of their hires at that time were fresh graduates who were exploited in the name of competitive packages. To date, I haven't gotten my EPF settlement. As a writer, you will find no growth because no one knows anything remotely close to writing or being creative, and while it's an IT company, the number of client projects that writers get to work on is laughable. The entire day is about revamping existing web pages of the company by stuffing them with keywords.

The company has been providing lot of support in these hard times, it hasn't been delayed our salaries even for a day nor have they deducted any amount even in these tough times, when the business is not at peak. Also higher management is always concerned about every employee's well being and they are focused on helping each of the employee in each possible way.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
