Promotions pattern are v much lengthy.. do whatever good work but finally your superior are must be to address the things for next level, but there's a hige politics.. in the cabin everything superb but out of cabin it's terrible In terms of growth prospects..

Company is financially Sound in Terms of Salary On time settlement. Fans have more pull other division very difficult to sell.

Targets are Heavy mostly we have to depend on wholesellers with Price Support from company. Work culture and pressure heavy. Month end 5 days have to spend time till 12pm in office for closure

Worst company ever . Terrible experience . No any learning and growth . No any induction about company thought process . Think many times before Join . There is no any Work life balance . They ask only billing no any support . Day wise closing .
