The company claims to value diversity but fails to act on it in practice. Working from home is the only way I can be productive. I regret taking this job. The stress and lack of support have taken a toll on my well-being. Managers lack the skills to inspire or uplift their teams.

I dread coming to work every day because of the oppressive atmosphere created by management. The blatant age bias here is appalling. Younger employees get all the perks.

The work environment here is toxic, with constant pressure to be in the office despite claims of valuing employee wellness. It feels like a trap. Don’t trust the job descriptions; they’re misleading and completely different from reality. It's hard to stay motivated when your contributions are consistently overlooked.
