It’s impossible to find someone to address your concerns; they’re always unavailable. Employees are afraid to speak up about issues for fear of retaliation. It’s a deeply unsettling environment.

Management lacks transparency; you end up doing tasks unrelated to your title. The environment is full of negativity and backbiting. I couldn't wait to leave. The atmosphere is filled with negativity. Team members constantly complain about their dissatisfaction. This company doesn’t care about its employees at all. Just a toxic workplace.
