The variable pay is practically non-existent; I wouldn't count on it at all. Don’t expect any help from HR when you need it. They’re completely unresponsive.

The company claims to value diversity but fails to act on it in practice. Working from home is the only way I can be productive. I regret taking this job. The stress and lack of support have taken a toll on my well-being. Managers lack the skills to inspire or uplift their teams.

They expect us to work overtime without any compensation or acknowledgment. The training provided is inadequate; you’re left to figure things out on your own. Their approach to conflict resolution is ineffective. Issues just fester and worsen.

Management focuses more on their image than on the well-being of employees. It’s disheartening.

It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Communication is terrible, with no transparency from management. New employees often feel overwhelmed and intimidated, leading to high turnover rates. It’s not a welcoming place.
