My teammates were good and helpful. This is the only good thing. Other than that all about the company, Crizac limited is bad and this would be your worst decision in life if you decide to join after this warning.

...if you voice up against them, you would be treated and badly and could be fired. Salary is also deceptive, there is no fix salary, they can deduct your salary by giving any illogical and nonsense reasons. If you try to protest, you will be pressurized by the company head and leaders to do overtime without any extra pay and finally, you will decide to leave since you could not be able to handle the company's bad rules.

Salary structure is very poor, lot of deductions. No leaves given except for 1 paid leave per month. You don't go they deduct salary which is fine, but also you need to answer them, get your leave approved. Too much superfluous drama.

It is a good place for freshers to obtain skill development and overall growth in learning.

No job security, with limited people having annual increment, no bonus, they cut peoples salary in the name of emploibility bonus, no medical leaves, no maternity leaves.

There are numerous: 1. Rigid Management 2.Salary is deducted as per managements convinenece. 3. Every poor work environment and a lot of politics. 4. Deserving candidates never get opportunities only favourites do. 5. Desk job And many more problems and issues.
