Unethical practice by management. Caste support, only Muslims are entertained others are tourchered, worst part is owner support this non-sense. Even HR involved in unethical practice. Not recommended.

You will have to do 25-30 calls per day mandatory, get ready for abusive boss attitude, no leave request accepted if taken leave get ready for abusiveness. No support from HR department for boss unethical behaviour instead asked to put down papers.

There is nothing to like about this organization. They can't give a Healthy environment of work. Life and work balance is zero.

Dislikes

This is a worst place to work. No work ethics no professionalism. They highly belive in nepotism. Unprofessional and unskilled persons are in the position of head. You can't learn anything from them and they are not supporting as well. There is no job security. You will be on contract base.
