Right now upper lable RM & business development manager are alway try to take all appreciation by self but they didn't do anything, if they give appreciation any coworker he is his own person,if any one try to prove they will do wrong they will try to down you.. here fully poltics person in higher lable management team..

Salary on-time, incentives. Growth

Dislikes

No transparency about decision taken by management team. Management team completely changed their behavior & attitude from last 2 years. You can not trust anyone. Many employees resigned or asked to resigned.

Nothing except salary delivered date is always on time.

Everything especially manpower structure three employees work done by one is this possible for a person but peoples are doing just of there financial need..

Good working atmosphere and culture. Teammates are supportive .they give bonus every year . Medical facility is available .

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management does not address our issues .salary is not decent and career growth is very poor . There is no trainning session for new employee.

Likes

The environment is good to work here for long along with lots of learning and facing challenges throughout the experience. Overall good experience with criticalog as a team member. Company gives sufficient resources to work. And seniors are very helpful here to work.

Dislikes

Sometimes I don't get the sufficient man power so it effects our productivity and performance so. So we need to improve in our vehicle management and man power management.
