Fast pace environment. Got to learn many thing in this environment

... no work life balance, Weekoff get compensated if there is any national holiday. The week when you don't give sales that week off is also working for you and compensation for it. Appraisal is also lower then inflation. Offer letter work timing is 11 to 8 but they ask to come at 10 and go at 9 or 10 ( No personal life as because they don't have any)

No work life balance As a fresher I made a huge mistake in joining here . The manager use more abusive words in front others and don't know how to treat other feelings. To be Frank the manager I worked in Chennai branch he will do partiality. If a person is struggling to put a sale they won't correct they will use abusive words and treat a slave to wait till late hours

...ent I have ever seen. If you want to build your career as BDA, DO NOT JOIN HERE. If you are already working in Crio , take your salary and put your resignation because they will not give FnF even after asking many times.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
