There is nothing to like, it's a jail. Only salary is satisfactory.

Dislikes

There is no job security. You can be fired for no reason, like if your product does not sell well in market. The upper management are insensitive to employee's situations. You have to mandatorily spend 9 hours everyday in office. You get a warning (read threatening) if you spend 1 minute extra in washroom. Your leave is deducted if you are 1 minute late to enter office. The list is long

Getting salary on time with yearly goodies. Good for starting career. No growth plan for employees.

Work life balance is not good. No learning curve with new framework. No agile workflow. Team wants quick deliveries. Managers force to work on weekends. Using sapient buddy tool to track your working hours, they even track time of notepad and word being used on PC. almost track all the applications and question why you worked less.

The best thing about the Company is it's people. My Manager and my seniors are very good people, we talk, laugh and learn. My Manager is very kind and he never forces us to work beyond our limits. Leaves are granted very easily.
