If you like to have very less work or if you are old and want a stable job with less work and new learnings then you can join
-> No benefits like Internet reimbursement, only insurance available.
-> very less salary compared to industry standards in the product based companies.
-> Backend engineering is the worst I have ever seen and also the engineers use bad engineering practices. For example: There can be a single API for a particular tab layout but they will tell you to hardcode the tabs in the Frontend and will ask you to call separate APIs for each tab. The standard practice would be having a single API and just need to pass an Id which will return data for any particular tab.
-> Worst management
-> The company seems like a family business because mostly all the people are since long time (more than 7 years) who aren’t skilled enough in their respective domains.
-> Working there gives a negative vibe since most people are old aged and it feels like they are your uncle and not a colleague.
-> Company lacks younger folks
-> Won’t recommend any guy having less than 5 years of experience to join since all are old aged and the learning curve and the career growth is low.
-> The CEO and CTO never show up to the employees during whole year.
-> Your efforts and work won’t be recognised (mostly in the iOS team).
-> The increment % is very less. Even less than 10%.
-> All the credit is taken by the senior guys and junior folks are not being involved in the meetings (specifically in the iOS team).
-> The iOS lead takes most of the credit. There were total 3 iOS developers but till the last day I was knowing only one (their lead)
-> The senior product manager is highly unprofessional and just won’t give proper response and information once you will resign.

-> you get a lot of time to explore new tech.
-> You get to understand how real world works, pun intended!
-> You get to ride a sinking ship with captains too old to sail !
-> Figma designs will come after development. UI Designer will take your development ss and build on top of that and designs are pathetic. I don't know who made him UI designer. Seriously!
-> Every time at least 3 iterations of ground breaking changes leading to re-development. This is true for every feature.
-> Office is solely run by >10 yrs of experience having clogged minds and rigid mindset. No focus on innovation and office politics ofc.
-> Akanksha and Sudhakar (HRs) put ZERO effort to build company culture and manage people. Not at all empathetic or professional in any sense.
-> ZERO recognition of your sheer hard work. And worst, managers take credits for your work and show to top management that you don't work.
-> Every year, the peanut increments will be delayed by 4-5 months easily.
-> Pathetic Team Leaders in mobile team (Sandeep G.S), ads team. As he will constantly demotivate and give unrealistic deadlines while taking credit of all your work in front of top management.
-> ZERO flexibility in every terms. While some team like QA, backend coming up only 1-2 day in a week.
-> Biases across different teams.
-> Worst QA team ever. Won't come to office and won't work either. Testing strategies are pathetic and manual only.
