...nders who run the company and have a very cheap mindset towards their employees. They want the employees to work more, but they will pay less. Worst work culture, toxic work environment. First and most important thing they will say it's a software company but more to consultancy.

Both Archit and Arpit, the Founders are supportive and they help there employees to grow to their full potential. The work culture is good.

There expectations are very high and there is strictness in the working.

Since, I have joined Creware, the only thing that I like here is the adaptive mindset of people to different ideas.

The thing that I dislike is the tone, pitch and behavior of fellow colleagues, seniors etc.

company hires freshers and forced them to do work as 4 year experience then force us to fool clients and get them at any cost these innocent clients also have to suffer i request not to join comapny they will ruin ur career.
