The working culture in crescentia india venture is totally zero. You will not get to learn anything. There is a lot of politics there. Apart from that, vacancies remain open in this company for 12 months. Every month 10 people leave and 8 people join. I was working in this company for 2 years. When I asked for increment and promotion, I got only excuses and no increment or promotion. In this company, the Site engineer, supervisor & Project manager is considered a monkey. He only dances on the tunes of the team leaders sitting in the office who have absolutely no knowledge of the site & technically.

Reputation of this company is very bad. They use site people or workers to give positive rating on the google and other platform to clear there image. Runs under the dictatorship of Mohit Kanwar. He creates the office politics for his benefit and if you leave the company then he will give negative feedback to any email inquiries by the new employer. Zero Skill Development. No standard office timings he will keep you sit for long hours. No job security. No staff policies. No leaves.
