The company is set out to open ideas making use of the latest technology. I love the fact that the organization welcomes new innovations, all focused at bringing the best out of a child both in academics and in their social psychological life. My colleagues on the other hand work hand-in-hand, making sure there are no loopholes and no particular individual is left behind on the job. Despite the fact that we all come from different backgrounds, we work as one big family.

Dislikes

The fact that the organization adopts new ideas, trains and gives incentives where necessary, they neither appreciate their members in way of appreciative mails nor verbally. This in a way feels the collective efforts of staff has not been seen. Incentives have in no way been denied anyone but have always been delayed. This in a way affects the enthusiasm of staff during the period of delay in payment as such members of staff struggle to give their best as the collective effort exists only partially. If there were trainings for new members of staff, others would not have to do a double work of training and/or enlightening the newbies.
