Low accountability of work, Employee appreciation should be in document form like Certificate or letter etc, rest are good

Excellent experience, humanity based hospital Dr Aziz Khan and Dr Kashif syed is very kind about the patient and employees.

Audit report should be reviewed on the regular basis and discus about the non compliance to strengthened our servicess and process

The Only thing I like is that Dr.Aziz Khan has preserved Ethical Values. He know that employee is first priority we should never fire them for any reason.

Dislikes

Employees are underpaid. There is Nurse bias, and some people humiliate Innocent Nurses. And yes there is Politics only a player can survive. There is no respect for hard work. 4th class worker are more arrogant.
