The salary is extremely high as compared to other company. Anyone can get easily 10LPA + being fresher. Low work pressure

Bad office location and worst offlice corner. No learning and bonus are not paid in time.

...ew bad comments here but during my tenure I haven't encounter with such issue. But best part is for the sales team they get really huge incentive almost double then the salary.

Nothing as such but few things are link there is no good food kart outside the office you have to order from online app.

I would say great salary as per market competion and number of years experience. No hr policies and flexible management.

...hey create a monopoly. No wlb they call after office hours and saturday working. you get late by 10 minutes salary deduction. No growth mindset. Everyone leaves after 2-3 months. You will only make calls calls calls calls b2c.

Company culture is bad. No matter whatever salary you get it will get deducted if you are late at office by 1min. No over time pay if you are working more than 9 hours .late coming then money deduction,long stay no compensation. Come late salary deduction Go early salary deduction Take any leave salary deduction No leave balance. There is one Useless person head of staff on the floor managing everyone without having proper expertise and knowledge in that particular fields.He thinks he is god.In reality he is just having internship experience and become head because of early joining. Lot of politics and negativity all around People join and leave company quickly.
