There is no salary slab for particular designations. It is totally bias. Assistant Manager's salary could be as low as Agents salary. Every designation should have salary band.

No separate chamber for the managers all together sitting on the same work place along with their respective teams

...sonal life. Whole day at office no leaves nothing. The management team is worse. People use work on government holidays also without any compensation.

Their attitude towards employees is so bad that 30 to 40 percent of their workforce has left the organisation during lockdown... People had gone in clinical depression and they care about numbers the next day.. Management listen to only those ideas which does not contradict their own point of view.. otherwise you are shouted down within 1/4th of your sentence and next 15 to 20 mins is spent on telling you how fundamentally wrong your thinking is....

They will hire and fire immediately. Management not seeing what is happening in ground level. They are the getting feedback of employees for their closed peoples. Based on that they are taking a decision. They don't know the way to handle the people
